1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners do not want to press this petition as the charge sheet in connection with Berhampur P.S. Case No.65 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.466 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilagiri has already been filed as such, they may be permitted to withdraw the same. The memo filed in Court today to that effect be kept on record.

3. In view of such submission, this CRLMC stands dismissed as withdrawn.
