1. The Petitioners who were directly appointed as Inspectors of Cooperative Societies have challenged certain amendments to the Odisha Subordinate Cooperative Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1992 brought about by Notification dated 5th January, 2012. The Petitioners have been unable to point out how the amendments which they have challenged actually affect them adversely.

2. In that view of the matter, none of the prayers in the present petition can be considered. The writ petition is dismissed. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge KC Bisoi
