This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 09.12.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned "Opposite Party No.4" in 12th paragraph of the order dated 09.12.2022 instead of "Opposite Party No.1". Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Accordingly, the expression "Opposite Party No.4" occurred in the 12th paragraph of the order dated 09.12.2022 be read as "Opposite Party No.1".

6.

Rest part of the said order dated 09.12.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of.

8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
