This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. A.U. Senapati, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

It is submitted that pursuant to the decision taken in the minutes of the meeting held on 3.9.2021 under Annexure-3, though the petitioner was found eligible to get a sum of Rs.3,12,984/- as reflected in the office order dated 13.5.2022 under Annexure-4, towards his leave salary after deduction of his advances, but the opp. parties are not releasing the same till date. 4.

Considering the grounds taken in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on opp. party No.1 to release the amount as indicated under Annexure-3 in favour of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the order, if there is no other legal impediment.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
