The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the encroachment proceeding vide L.E. Case No. 604 of 2017-18 initiated by the Tahasildar, Khandapada, opposite party no.4. 4.

Since the order impugned is appealable one, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
