1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the opposite parties in not supplying the certified copy of the documents No.4 to 6 to him as per his copy Application dated 09.09.2022 under Annexure-2 in connection with Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No.04 of 2021 corresponding to VGR Case No.04 of 2021, pending before the Court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.

4. However considering the facts and submissions made above, this Court directs the petitioner to approach learned court in seisin over the matter and if fresh application along with certified copy of this order is filed by him within ten days hence, the said court shall consider it within a period of

// 2 // one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

5. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
