Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Principal Secretary to Govt., Panchayat Raj and Drinking Water Department Govt. (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1(series) and take a lawful decision in the matter involving the parties likely to be affected and giving wide circulation for objection involving such issue in the locality. 2.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
