On oral prayer learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in respect of the Opposite Party No.2 in the cause title in Court today.

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1(series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
