ORDER

Order No.
02.
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Ranjit Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Considering the nature of accusations which involves duping gullible farmers to the tune of Rs.7 crores including the Government subsidies coupled with the fact that investigation has been kept open despite submission of charge sheet, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected.
