Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioners have serious allegation through the Record of Rights on showing construction of a road over the Petitioners' own land. On the selfsame issue, it appears, the Petitioners have already made a representation to the Collector, Kendrapara-Opposite Party No.2 at Annexure-5 and pending since 24.11.2022. 2.

This Court considering the allegation to be serious, in disposal of the Writ Petition, to avoid further loss of time here, directs Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-5, if necessary, by making appropriate inquiry and do the needful.

This Court observes, in the event, construction of the road has not commenced as of now, there may not be commencement of the construction of road for a period of one month, within which time decision at Annexure-5 shall be taken.
