Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

Even though a prayer for disposal of C.R.P. Case is sought for, limiting his request, Mr. Senapati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests this Court for at least a direction to the opposite Party no.2 for undertaking admission exercise of the C.R.P.Case.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs in the event the petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of C.R.P.No.96 of 2020 within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the C.R.P.No.96 of 2020 within a period of one month thereafter.
