Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is only on the ground that there has been mechanical passing of order and neither the Revenue Inspector observes the Tahasildar in passing their orders on 06.10.2020 as well as 08.01.2020 does not make any sense, the impugned orders are interfered only on this Court and the matter is remitted back to the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.4 to re-adjudicate the Mutation Case No. 30130 of 2019 and dispose of in accordance with law however involving the Petitioner by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
