This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender as fixed in the order dated 18.01.2022.

Considering the grounds taken in the interim application and after hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, I am inclined to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner before the learned trial Court till 15.03.2022. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
