1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the prayer is a limited one, this Court directs that the appeal filed by the Petitioner be disposed of by the CIT (Appeals)-National Faceless Appeal Centre, New Delhi within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till such time, the interim order passed by this Court on 4th January, 2022 will continue.

2. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.

3. A copy of this order be sent to the National Faceless Appeal Centre forthwith.
