Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294, 323, 307, 379, 506/149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners by the Arresting Officer in connection with Chhendipada P.S.Case No.590 of 2022, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. Till submission of Charge Sheet, the
