CORAM:

ORDER
07.12.2022 Order No.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. A. Mohanty on behalf of Mr. S. Bahadul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to declare the memorandum dated 29.11.2022 under Annexure-1 issued by opposite party no.3 as bad and illegal and further to issue direction to opposite party no.3 to issue admit card to the petitioner and allow her to appear in the Third Semester Regular Examination November-December, 2022.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that due to illness, the petitioner could not be able to attend the class for which there is shortfall of attendance. Therefore, direction may be issued to opposite party no.3 to issue admit card to the petitioner and allow her to appear in the Third Semester Regular Examination November-December, 2022 otherwise she will lose one year. 5.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered
view that shortfall of attendance cannot be cured by filing this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate authority.
6.
With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
7.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
