Considering the nature of disposal, vide Annexure-10, this Court accepts the plea of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that there is scope for the Petitioners to renew their earlier prayer. 2.

In the process, in disposal of Writ Petition, this Court permits the Petitioners to make a fresh representation to Opposite Party No. 1 involving the issue involved herein at least within a period of ten days. In such event, Opposite Party No. 1 shall do well in taken decision on the same also keeping in view the observations made in Annexure-10 and also in disposal of Writ Appeal No. 178 of 2021. .
