3. The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to dispose of the Contempt Application dated 04.12.2021 as Annexure-4 series (without number ) in G.R.Case No.718 of 2021 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur within a stipulated period.

4. However, considering the nature of averments made in the application,this Court is not inclined to pass any order in exercising its inherent jurisdiction.

5. Accordingly, the CRLMC being devoid of merits, stands dismissed.

6.As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate
