This is a Writ Petition involving a challenge to the order passed in Appeal No. 02 of 2019 at Annexure-3 Series, page-14. Perusal of the appeal order, it reveals, the Appellate Authority has already posted the case to 13.12.2022. For the pendency of the proceeding since 2019, this Court hopes and trusts that the Appellate Authority shall show disposal of appeal No. 02 of 2019 by next date of posting and in the event, facing any difficulty in disposal to dispose of the same, at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners.
