Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged that even after pursuant to the contesting Opposite Parties, the Bebandabosta Case No.72 of 2020 has not been disposed of as of now. Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Badagan- Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the Bebandabosta Case No.72 of 2020 at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of order by the Petitioners.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
