Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Kutra P.S. Case No.57 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 258 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Rajgangpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 147/148/294/ 353/283/506/149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that another case has been instituted against the petitioner

// 2 // vide Kutra P.S. Case No.58 dated 19.06.2018 for offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of such submission, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
