Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

In this writ petition, petitioners through Annexure-3 seek an inquiry involving change in the record-of-right and also undertaking an exercise for correction of record-of-right. It appears, copy of Annexure-3 has already been forwarded to the Tahasildar, BariOpposite Party No.3 in the district of Jajpur. In view of the above, this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes in the event the Tahahsildar, Bari-opposite party no.3 is in receipt of any such application and pending consideration of the request of the petitioner at his end, the same may be considered and action, as appropriate, be taken by undertaking the entire exercise at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners but, however, involving the parties likely to be affected. 5 .

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March,
