Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that the District Education Officer, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.3 has failed to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 9.8.2021 (Annexure-6) within a stipulated time. 3.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the District Education Officer, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 9.8.2021 (Annexure-6) pending before him in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the Petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order. Any decision
