This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of this Court's order dated 08.07.2021 passed in CONTC No.2946 of 2021 arising out of W.P.(C) No.12956 of 2014 disposed of on 12.08.2014. 2.

Considering the submission made and to afford one more chance to the opposite party, this Contempt Petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party(s) to comply with the order of this Court dated 08.07.2021 passed in CONTC No.2946 of 2021 involving compliance of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.12956 of 2014, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of one month provided however the order involved is not stayed by the higher forum, with communication of the same to the Registry within one week further. Failure of intimation, the Registry after expiry of one more week shall initiate a suo motu contempt proceeding against the opposite party-contemnor(s) and place the matter before the assigned Bench for further action.
