1. The Petitioners' representation dated 31st March, 2022 (Annexure-1) shall be considered by the Collector, Jajpur and after issuing notice to the Petitioners and giving them a hearing, a reason order shall be passed thereon not later than 3rd April, 2023 and the same be made available to the Petitioners within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any view in the matter.
