Learned counsel for the State submitted that during course of investigation, notice contemplated under section 41-A of Cr.P.C. was issued to the petitioner and the petitioner complied with the terms and conditions of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this case.

In view of such submission, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this anticipatory bail application.
