Even though a request for adjournment is sought for, this Court declined to adjourn this matter. Considering the time constrain faced by this Court. However considering the request involved herein, this Court finds, there is already involved a direction by the Revisional Authority directing the manner of preparation of Record of Right in disposal of Revision Petition No.143 of 2017 in exercise of power under Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act.

This Court observes, in the event there is no variation of the order at Annexure-1, there should not be any obstruction in bringing out the Record of Right in terms of such order. In disposal of the Writ Petition this Court directs the Tahasildar, Barambha- Opposite Party No.3 to bring out appropriate Record of Right keeping in view the direction already in Annexure-1 provided however such order is not challenged in the meantime. The entire work may be completed at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
