Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.2 not to demolish the dwelling house situated at Mouza-Chandrashekharpur, Unit No.41 in respect of Plot No.309(P) under Khata No.619, Area-85'.0"x200'.0"=17000 sqft (Ac.0.390 dec.) under Bhubaneswar Tahasil in the district of Khurda. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-2 and direction be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time. 5.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
