It is alleged that even after admission of the Misc. Appeal No.05 of 2021 and calling for record, there is no finality of such Appeal proceeding. Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No.05 of 2021 at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
