Heard Ms. Sasmita Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Beura, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State of Odisha.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted and the notice contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been issued to the petitioner and he has complied with the terms and conditions of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the case.
