Instant I.A. is filed for correction of the order of this Court dated 23rd December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3851 of 2022. 2.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Necessary correction be carried out with regard to the G.R. Case number which is wrongly mentioned in the order dated 23rd December, 2022 and now onwards to be read as 'G.R. Case No.585 of 2021' instead of 'G.R. Case No.584 of 2021'. Furthermore, the said order is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned J.M.F.C, Umerkote on or before 6th February, 2023 in compliance of the Court's direction dated 23rd December, 2022 in CRLMC No.3851 of 2022. 4.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
