Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Special G.R. Case No.82 of 2021 arising out of Kujanga P.S. Case No.409 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge -cum- POCSO Court, Jagatsinghpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/363/366/ 376(2)(n)/506/109 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Perused the F.I.R.

// 2 // In view of the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and the participation of the petitioner for the offence under section 366 of the Indian Penal Code, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it is ordered that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the Court below and moves for bail before the learned Court below, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by the Courts below in accordance with law. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
