1. The Petitioners' representation dated 17th July, 2021 (Annexure1) shall be considered by the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Government of Odisha and after issuing notice to the Petitioners and giving them a hearing, a reason order shall be passed thereon not later than 10th April, 2023 and the same be communicated to the Petitioners within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any view in the matter.
