Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is a second round of litigation for non-consideration of the request of the Petitioners vide Annexure-1. It appears, this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No.27145 of 2017 directed the competent authority for taking a decision on the same bringing in reference to the development through Annexure-2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners urged that in spite of disposal of writ direction and communication of higher authority to the Collector, Nawarangpur, the matter is still pending. In the meantime four years have already been passed. Considering unnecessary pendency of issue before the Collector, Nawarangpur, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the petition of the Petitioners dated 19.01.2018 also following the direction vide Annexure-2 by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of one and half

// 2 // months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
