This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for extension of two weeks' time, to file an application for early disposal of Cr.P. No.324 of 2019 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, as directed by this Court vide order dated 15th February, 2022 while disposing of the writ petition.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that due to illness of the Petitioner No.1, the application for early disposal of Cr.P. No.324 of 2019 could not be filed before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in time. Hence, he prays for the aforesaid relief.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, the IA is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioners files an application by 6th April, 2022 along with certified copy of this order before the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of

// 2 // Cr.P. No.324 of 2019, learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall do well to consider the same in terms of order dated 15th February, 2022 by which, the writ petition was disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
