Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submits that the Petitioner has not yet surrender after availing the interim bail. This Court by an order dated 21.06.2022 has called for a report from the learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Jeypore, Koraput in the matter but the same has not yet been received. 3.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to make endeavour to get the production of the Petitioner in the Court and proceed against the surety in accordance with law. 4.
