This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in this case pertains to nonregistration of his complaint dated 08.11.2022 under Annexure-1 Series as F.I.R. by I.I.C., Sadar Police Station, Bhawanipatna (opposite party no.4). During course of argument, he submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Kalahandi (opposite party no.2) for redressal of his grievances.

In such view of the matter, this Court grants liberty to
// 2 // the petitioner to approach the Superintendent Police, Kalahandi (opposite party no.2) by filing a grievance petition along with a certified copy of this order through Registered Post within a period of two weeks. In the event such grievance petition is received by opposite party no.2, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the said petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner without fail.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
