Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No.4054 of 2014 arising out of Infocity P.S. Case No.124 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offences under sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the order sheet of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar which indicates that summons have been issued to the petitioner for his appearance.
// 2 // In view of the state of affairs, since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the case, I am not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail. If the petitioner appears on receipt of the summons and applies for bail, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
