This is an application for modification of order dated 24.01.2022 passed in BLAPL No.11033 of 2021.

It is directed that in 4th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 24.01.2022 in place of "any criminal antecedents" it be read as " any criminal antecedents of similar nature "

With the aforesaid modification the I.A. stands disposed of. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
