This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the School and Mass Education Department.

The Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the Opposite Party No.1to antedate their date of regularization at par with para-teachers/SSS of non-DPEP districts by regularizing their services with effect from 01.04.2008 instead of 2012, as both the categories of teachers were engaged with same terms and conditions as per resolution dated 03.10.2000.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-7 and the same
// 2 // may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has raised no objection.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioners, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioners vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.
