This CONTC has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 16th November, 2020, by which the writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No.28925 of 2020 was disposed of. 3.

Mr. Mishra, learned AGA on instruction submits that in compliance of the order dated 16th November, 2020, Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar has already disposed of Mutation Case No.8722 of 2009 on 10th March, 2022.

In that view of the matter the contempt proceeding is dropped.
