The Petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-3 series before the District Welfare Officer, JajpurOpposite Party No.3 for release of the amount he is entitled to receive, as he is a victim of offence under the Provision of SC and ST (PA) Act. Such representation vide Annexure-3 series is stated to be pending.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the District Welfare Officer, Jajpur-Opposite Party no.3 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 series within a period of two months in accordance with law on merit by passing a reasoned order from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

The Petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with certified copy of this order to the Opposite Party No.3 for convenience and reference to Annexure-3 series.
