Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with K.Nuagaon P.S. Case No.289 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.437 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Patrapur for alleged commission of offences under sections 294/451/341/307/324/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the earlier anticipatory bail application of

// 2 // the petitioner has been rejected in ABLAPL No.336 of 2021 vide order dated 12.02.2021 and again the anticipatory bail application is filed, I am not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
