This writ petition is filed seeking a direction for removal of encroachment from the disputed land in question. 2.
Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that depending on the direction for taking instruction in the matter, it has been reported that the Tahasildar, Aul has initiated a demarcation process and also completed the same in the meantime.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event there is already initiation of process for clearing the encroachment and in the event the demarcation process involving the disputed property in question is already completed, the Tahaildar, Aul shall complete the process of eviction of unauthorized encroacher from the disputed property in question at least within a period of three months from the date of
// 2 // communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected. 4.
With the aforesaid observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
