Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit the writ application, issue rule NISI in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other writ/writs as deem fit and proper calling upon the opposite parties to show-cause as to why the Opp. parties particularly Opp. Party No.4, Collector Angul, shall not be directed to disburse land acquisition compensation in favour of the petitioner and his family members in respect the landed properties measuring an area of Ac.0.38 dec. Hal Plot No.622(P), Ac.2.84 dec. of Hal Plot No.607(P) under Khata No.359 & 362 respectively situated at Village Parabil under Kaniha Tahasil, and alternatively why the application filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 shall not be considered. In the event of the opposite parties fail to show-cause or show insufficient cause said rule be

made absolute.

And further be pleased to pass any order/orders direction/directions as deem fit and proper."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
