The necessary correction be carried out in the Court's order dated 20th December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3856 of 2022 and after correction, it shall be read as direction for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and apply for bail in Special 1CC Case No.16 of 2021 for being considered in terms of judgment in 'Pramod Kumar Ray and Others Vrs. State of Odisha 2017(II) OLR 44.
