1. The direction is issued to the Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Odisha (Opposite Party No.1) to examine the report dated 17th January, 2019 of the Tahasildar, Banki (Annexure-2) as well as the representation (Annexure-1) and after hearing the Petitioner, pass a reasoned order not later than 4th April, 2022 and make the order available to the Petitioner not later than 11th February, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
