1. The Petitioner's application for conversion of the license from Beer Parlor to IMFL "ON" Shop is stated to be pending with the Government. If not already disposed of, then the said application shall be disposed of in accordance with law not later than 1st March, 2023, after hearing the Petitioner. The said order shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
