This Contempt Petition involves allegation of non-disposal of the representation of the petitioner in spite of a clear direction in disposal of W.P.(C).No.3768 of 2019. This Court recording the note of surprise in keeping such matter pending for such long period, directs the contemnor in the event of receipt of representation vide Anenxure-2 series, dispose of the same at least within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. 4.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
