CORAM:
JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA
ORDER
Order No.
19.12.2022 1.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 3rd December, 2021 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in IA No.26 of 2021 (arising out of CP No.301 of 2020), whereby an application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the Opposite Party-Wife has been allowed directing the Petitioner to pay pendente lite maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the Opposite Party.
3.
Although the impugned order was passed since 3rd December, 2021, the writ petition has been filed on 5th December, 2022, i.e., after more one year without explaining delay in filing the writ petition. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
